Subaru Cherry Blossom Festival of Greater Philadelphia - 2003 to 2010
Subaru CBF is a two month, multi-faceted event celebrating Sakura Matsuri - the century’s old homage to cherry blossoms. This tiny event humbly began with 50 guests and grew to over 30,000 people and was developed, in part, with our guidance and expertise. Over 40 regional events filled the calendar including a public Sakura Sunday Tree Planting Festival, International Sake Festival, a Japanese foot parade in Center City and a black tie Gala with an extensive, art driven silent auction. Dozo, oide kudasai!
Friends of Elwyn Ball - 2006 to 2010
For over 30 years, the Friends of Elwyn Ball has delighted thousands of the Delaware Valley’s most affluent guests with specialty themes, menus, locations and just pure fun… raising money for one of the oldest special needs organizations in the country helping children and adults. Our team personally supported Elwyn’s VP of Development by focusing on database and constituency management, full event production and sponsor fulfillment.
Capital Pride Festival, Washington, DC - 2002 to 2009
We personally managed a 500,000 square foot site from the moment Pennsylvania Avenue closed Saturday night through its re-opening Sunday evening. Over 250,000 attendees flocked to this day-long festival from nearly every state in the country. As skilled logisticians, coupled with our unflagging dedication to the success of the event (plus luck & patience) provided attendees a friendly, efficient and practical venue to experience over 300 food, beverage, entertainment and information kiosks. This event remains the largest one-day, outdoor festival in Washington, DC and the 3rd largest Pride event in the US.
